White Wines

2018 Petit Manseng

A light, dry wine with notes of pear, citrus, pineapple, and subtle oak. It has a pleasing lower acidity while the tannins linger on the finish. Delightfully complex, especially for a wine from this challenging harvest year.

2022 Seyval Blanc

We aged estate-grown Seyval Blanc in stainless steel, resulting in a medium- to full-bodied white reminiscent of a refreshing sauvignon blanc. Look for citrus notes such as grapefruit zest on the nose and palate, the brightness of the grape’s acidity throughout, and a bold finish.

2020 Seyval Blanc -
New Release!

A bold wine made from estate-grown grapes that went through full malolactic fermentation and was then aged over 24 months in new American oak barrels. Expect an abundance of oak in this chewy, complex white wine with hints of honey and apricot and a long, yet clean finish. Enjoy on its own or paired with something buttery.

Red Wines

Barrel fermented with 13% New French Oak, 13% two-year-old oak, and 13% one-year-old oak then aged on its fermentation lees (yeast). This lightly oaked Chardonnay completed partial malolactic fermentation, which produces a creamy finish.

2016 Chambourcin

A Virginia Governor's Cup Silver Medal Winner. We aged these estate-grown grapes in new American oak for 24 months, resulting in a lively, light wine with notes of tart fruit such as raspberry, well-integrated warming spices, and a clean finish.

2018 Cabernet Franc

Barrel-aged to perfection in neutral oak, this Virginia Cabernet Franc expresses balanced leather and tobacco on the nose and palate. Due to a challenging growing season, this wine is lighter-bodied and has soft, well-integrated tannins..

2019 Petit Verdot (French Oak) - New Release!

This estate-grown Petit Verdot was aged for 36 months in French oak barrels. Sweet aromas of oak, leather, and
cigar box meet the nose while its flavorful palate is bold with notes of dark fruits and vanilla, coming together in a lighter-bodied, well-composed red with silky tannins.

Food

We always have a selection of tasty snacks on hand including cheeses from Shenandoah Valley Family Farms and Hunter's Reserve game sausages. These are delicious on top of a Ritz or one of the variety of Olina's Bakehouse Crackers (some are even gluten free).

Or, feel free to bring your own food and have something to eat while you enjoy our wine.
