Our Current

White Wines

2016 Chardonnay

This chardonnay was aged for 6 months in 1/3 new French oak and underwent full malolactic fermentation, creating a creamy medium-bodied wine with notes of citrus, pear, and almonds.

2020 Seyval Blanc -
New Release!

A bold wine made from estate-grown grapes that went through full malolactic fermentation and was then aged over 24 months in new American oak barrels. Expect an abundance of oak in this chewy, complex white wine with hints of honey and apricot and a long, yet clean finish. Enjoy on its own or paired with something buttery.

Red Wines

Barrel fermented with 13% New French Oak, 13% two-year-old oak, and 13% one-year-old oak then aged on its fermentation lees (yeast). This lightly oaked Chardonnay completed partial malolactic fermentation, which produces a creamy finish.

2020 Chambourcin

A light-bodied, complex red made from estate-grown grapes aged for 36 months in new American oak. Expect bright fruit, subtle oak and tannins, and lower acidity with hints of graham cracker and cream.

2016 Merlot

Grapes from the eastern slope of the Allegheny mountains near Roanoke that were harvested by hand in October. This merlot underwent malolactic fermentation before aging 18 months in French oak, resulting in a seamless wine with notes of red fruit and brown spice.

2016 Petit Verdot

Aged in French oak, look for floral notes and dried fruit on the nose of this bold, dry red while heavy tannins and tobacco lead to brown spices on the
finish.

2019 Picasso

A Virginia Governor's Cup Gold Medal Winner. An estate-grown blend of petit verdot, chambourcin, and cabernet sauvignon that was aged for 24 months in new American oak. This is a medium- to full-bodied dry red that expresses smoke, black currant, cherry, and oak on the nose and follows with a deep and complex palate of spices, smoke, oak, fruit, and leather with grippy tannins.

Food

We always have a selection of tasty snacks on hand including cheeses from Shenandoah Valley Family Farms and Hunter's Reserve game sausages. These are delicious on top of a Ritz or one of the variety of Olina's Bakehouse Crackers (some are even gluten free).

Or, feel free to bring your own food and have something to eat while you enjoy our wine.
