White Wines

2021 Seyval Blanc

Estate-grown grapes were fermented on the skins; due to unintended residual sugars when bottled, a secondary fermentation occurred. This created soft bubbles with a touch of tannins at the front, pear on the palate, and a clean finish with just a touch of sweetness.

2023 Chardonnay Stainless
(New Release)

A sweet and tropical Chardonnay! Our winemaker used grapes from a leased vineyard to create this lively and bold white wine with ripe muscadine on the nose and sweet tropical fruit on the palate that is balanced by fresh acidity. It's perfect for warm days and spicy food!

2019 Seyval Blanc

A  2022 Virginia Governor's Cup Silver Medal winner! This is a fuller-bodied dry white that has been aged for 24 months in second-year American oak and features a natural acidity that has been balanced by partial malolactic fermentation. Look for fresh coconut and creaminess on the palate balanced by soft notes of oak.

Red Wines

Barrel fermented with 13% New French Oak, 13% two-year-old oak, and 13% one-year-old oak then aged on its fermentation lees (yeast). This lightly oaked Chardonnay completed partial malolactic fermentation, which produces a creamy finish.

2019 Chambourcin
American Oak

This lively red was aged 36 months in new American oak, creating a wine that greets the nose with sweet oak and fruit and expresses tart red fruit softened by cream on the palate. This is a lighter option that pairs well with the savory notes of stuffing.

2019 Petit Verdot
American Oak

2023 Virginia Governor's Cup Gold Medal winner that also received platinum at the Texas International Wine Competition! A bold, full-bodied dry red that was aged for 24 months in new American oak; look for notes of cedar, smoke, leather, and black fruits on the nose and juicy black cherry, leather, and dark chocolate on the palate with ripe, chewy tannins, and a long, powerful finish.

2023 Cabernet Franc
French Oak
(New Release)

This bold and rich red was aged in French oak and has noticeable minerality on both the nose and palate, while its well-integrated tannins provide lovely structure leading to a clean yet mysteriously lingering finish. Consider pairing it with dark chocolate or red sauce pasta.

Food

We always have a selection of tasty snacks on hand including cheeses from Shenandoah Valley Family Farms and Hunter's Reserve game sausages. These are delicious on top of a Ritz or one of the variety of Olina's Bakehouse Crackers (some are even gluten free).

Or, feel free to bring your own food and have something to eat while you enjoy our wine.
